For plaintiff personal-injury firms · Florida first

Your case files, kept up. Nothing goes out until you sign.

InjuryMcGee reads every email, fax and e-service and files it to the right client. It counts deadlines from the Florida rules, chases medical records and bills, keeps the damages and lien ledgers, and drafts the letters and the demand. You review one queue.

Early access for Florida firms. The demo uses a fictional sample firm, so you can click anything.

A Monday at a PI firm

The work still happens. People just stop doing the parts a machine can check.

A day at a five-person firm running InjuryMcGee, using the cases in our sample workspace.

  1. 6:10Overnight

38 faxes, e-service notices and adjuster emails were read and filed to the right clients. One bill with no date of birth is parked for review.

  2. 7:55Paralegal

Friday's discovery requests in Quintero produced two proposed deadlines, each showing Rule 1.340 or 1.350 and the day it rolled back from. She confirms both; they appear in Google Calendar.

  3. 8:30Attorney

Six items wait in the approval queue: three records follow-ups, a § 627.4137 disclosure request, a good-faith letter and the Achebe demand. Five are approved from a phone in the courthouse hallway.

The approval gate

The software drafts. The attorney decides.

No agent in InjuryMcGee holds the keys to send. Drafts go to one queue; a person approves them; a separate sender delivers exactly what was approved and confirms it arrived.

You approve the exact words
The draft you read is hashed. What is sent must match it byte for byte, or it does not go.
Risk decides who signs
Routine follow-ups can be approved by staff you choose. Demands and anything that could be the practice of law are attorney-only.
Silence never sends
Unapproved items expire after 72 hours. Nothing goes out because someone forgot to look.
Every step is on the record
Who drafted, who approved, what was sent and when, in an append-only audit log your firm can export.

Questions

All questions
What does InjuryMcGee actually do?

It does the repetitive work of a personal-injury case: reads and files incoming mail, faxes and e-service, proposes deadlines from the rules, requests and chases medical records and bills, keeps the damages, lien and cost ledgers, and drafts letters and demands. Everything that would leave your firm waits for an attorney to approve it.

Does it send anything on its own?

No. Every outbound email, letter, fax, text or calendar invitation goes to an approval queue. The attorney approves the exact content, and that exact content is what is sent. Items nobody approves expire after 72 hours and are never sent.

Is InjuryMcGee a law firm, or does it give legal advice?

Neither. InjuryMcGee is software for law firms, operated by Felican AI Inc. It does not represent anyone, does not give legal advice, and does not form an attorney-client relationship with anyone. Your attorneys remain responsible for every decision and every filing.

Which states do you support?

Florida first. Statutes, deadlines, PIP rules and lien rules are stored as data rather than code, so other states can be added as rule packs. Tell us where you practice and we will tell you honestly where it stands.

Can we put real client medical records in it?

Yes. Before your firm uploads protected health information, the firm signs our Business Associate Agreement in the app. Medical files are stored in Microsoft Azure Blob Storage, a HIPAA-eligible service covered by Microsoft's BAA, encrypted at rest with soft delete and versioning. OCR runs on Azure under the same BAA; AI drafting uses Anthropic Claude through Azure AI Foundry, and business associate coverage for the models is being finalized.

How much does it cost?

Solo is $129 per user per month billed annually ($149 monthly). Firm is $179 per user per month billed annually with a three-user minimum. Flat Firm is $1,499 per month for up to ten users. AI model usage is passed through at our cost, with no per-demand or per-page fees.

Start with one case. Keep the queue.

Open the sample firm and approve a records request, or set up your own workspace in a few minutes. Your firm signs our BAA in the app before any client records go in.
